So I started the disk swap

ON the suburban, the front is now five lug and the rear is six. Any ideas what is the best fix for this? I was thinking I could pull the rear shafts and have them redrilled for five lug maybe at a machine shop of some sort.

Also anyone know what the 5 lug pattern size is? I tried a rim off of a 67 chevelle, and the lugs were just a bit wider than the rim hole pattern. I am guessing this means I have a 5x5 as opposed to a 5x4.something...
