Hydraulic Clutch Question

I am getting closer to assembling my collection of parts to convert my 86 GMC from auto to manual trans. My collection includes the master & slave cylinders, pedals, and bell housing from a mid 80s Chevy. A 84-87 four speed tilt column, a late 70s Saginaw four speed, an early 80s New Process 4 speed overdrive, and a couple late 70s flywheels. The truck currently has a 73 vintage 350 and TH400 trans.

My questions.

1. What clutch set do I need? Most listings show a different clutch for pre and post 84.

2. Is there anything that would prevent the 70s flywheel working with the hydraulic clutch linkage?

3. Do I need a high hump trans tunnel to clear either of the four speeds.
