.60 over cooling issues

I got a pretty good deal on a 327 short block that needs to be cleaned up. I new it had been bored out but didnt know how much. Well its .60 over and a friend told me I might have cooling issues at .40 over. Is this going to be a problem? I will be running an aluminum water pump and radiator. I haven't paid him yet so nows the time to figure this out. Thanks.
