I just traded my 73 Nova for a 71 C10. This is my first post but I will try to get some pictures up soon.

As for the question. I also have a 69 GMC 4x4 and at random times starting I will turn the key and nothing. It will also draw a lot of current. If you click it over a few times it might start, or come back 10 min later it might also. Now I thought I was over that seeing that the truck has been in storage for 7 years.
Now I have my 71, and wouldn't you know the same issue. If anyone has any ideas of what this could be or if it is something common I missed in my search I would appreciate the help.
