Interior ideas and/or pics

First off, hey! Ive been gone awhile and Im back.

Anywho this is what Im thinking about doing. Covering the rear of the cab and the rear....pillars? too. And tie it all into the head liner. Im looking to give the rear of the cab a complete covered look. And one have pics of what I tried to describe there? Or know of a company that sells any?
