Info on brake lines for crossmember swap

I was wondering if anyone would have any info on which brakeline set-up they used on a '73-91 3/4t crossmember change. I was planning on using the mastercylinder and booster from a '71 or '72. I would like to use a pre-bent kit. I just bought my rear lines from Inline Tube and they said they did not offer a kit for this popular change. I am thinking about using the line set for the donor truck and making the necessary changes to install. Any help to keep me on the right path would be appreciated. Thanks.
