"Got Lead?"

do any of you use lead substitute in your fuel...the ones with the original engines?? I know valve seats tend to dry without it on these engines...what substitutes if any have you used....do we really need to use it?? I have the original 307 with 44,000 miles on it....I wonder if I should use a substitute?? What do you all think??
