New member introduction w/pics

Hi all!
I have been lurking around here daily for the last few weeks. I have found this site to be extremely informative, with a bunch of very respectful members.

I have been looking for a 67-72 for the last year or so. A coworker who had been helping me look ended up selling me his. Basically it was just what I wanted and decided to sell it to me.

He has owned the truck for the last 7 years. It was a complete ground up restore. He did it right from the start and that is what sold me on the truck. The truck is a rust free original. He patched one hole on the floor a couple inches long, that's it.

He was building it to be a daily driver for himself. Pretty much everything you can replace, he did. Only new sheet metal are the fenders.

Enough with the background...here it is:

'68 350/700r4, PS/PB/A/C/5 lug/Posi w/3.08's/ tilt column/ etc.
Will have the bed on soon. Just needs bolted on. Its got a custom fuel door at the rear of the bedside.

Hope to enjoy talking to you all in the future.

Plans are to run it satin black and enjoy it for awhile.
