Carb Adjustment Tools

I'm not sure what i'm asking because i'm not much of a mechanic but here it goes...

The carb on my 86 C-10 is not an original one. I'm not sure what it came off of. Anyways, it's an older model QJet that works ok. The issue i'm having is that the air/fuel jets don't have the standard philips head. It looks like a flat head end of a screwdriver and it's recessed (not really visible like the philips heads).

I'm running REALLY rich and i need to tune it but i don't have any tools to fix it. I'll need a tool that has a female end that will accept the flat head end.

Does anyone know what i'm talking about?
