small bend in frame

i was just wondering how big of a pain it is to have a frame straightened? i have a small bend in the end of my frame, right where my bumper connects on the front (likely from a fender bender). its not really bad, but its going to prevent "best" alignment of my bumper when it comes time for a new one (and thus, will prevent me from sleeping soundly at night)

anyone have frame straightening stories to share? big problems, or not a bad operation?

unfortunately, no pics of my bend now, but i intend to have some later.
