Shop Pics
I been on this site reading and learning for 2 years or so, figured its time to post. Havent really been working on my truck, just keeping it running as i been swingin a hammer on the shop. I started building last June, and have been using my 68 GMC C20 a few times a week to haul goods. I designed the shop myself and dug and poured the footers last June. Did everthing myself except block, pouring floors, and the brick. The front is shop(grease) and rear is woodshop(sawdust).
Once its done, I plan on restoring the 68. Plans include rockers, cab corners, floor patches, no other rust in the doors or fenders. Been on the look out for a bed, as this one is hammered. Will add PS and PB, and hope to paint it as well. Truck was originally a delivery truck for a feed and coal supplier. Truck actually runs great, and has never given me any problems. It has a 307, granny gear 4wpd and 4.10 dana rear. Its all original, with power nothing and the original 2 barrel carb, single exhaust, points and all. Hope you like the picks. This site is great, and I learn a ton just from reading the posts. Bill |
