Question Rocker panel plugs......

I removed the factory plus on the front edges of the rocker planels. Then used a garden hose to clean out all the bits of crap inside and flush the drains clean yesterday. They appear to be very clean and soild inside from front to back.

What is the best method to seal up the rockers inside from front to back to stop any future rust? .

Also does anybody know if you can purchase the factory plugs to cap the hole back shut?
