Hey all I am about to get my newly glass beaded intake back today. It is for a TPI setup I wanted to polish the whole thing but just dont have the nack (time patience ...) for it I want now to clear it to keep it easy to clean I know it will catch grease and all pretty easy the way it is. Can I use a clear like will be used on the outside of my truck? I may decide to add some color and Base coat Clear coat it. I am doing the engine compartment now so I may match some of these colors. Will this work or will it just burn off. I wanted to do more than just rattle can it. The rest of the engine will be Chevy orange.
