Re: My new truck and a 3.5/5 ECE drop
Thanks again folks. I'll look at the Ujoints when I get back into town Tuesday. As for the tires, I'll have to make sure when I get back as they were on there when I bought it. I know they're 255s but can't remember if they were 50's or 60's.
For those that asked, the I like to keep my cars minty stock looking as far as the body/trim/interior goes. With it still having the original paint on it, I probably won't even do any paint work as the factory stuff is buffing out quite well. I MAY repaint the bed and put a rubber mat in it eventually. I also thoroughly cleaned and detailed the frame/undercarriage/suspension while I had it on the rack. I do like the wheels that are on it, but I'm a big fan of torq thrust wheels and this one will eventually have TT's on it, but in the grey center/polished lip variety for a nostalgic look albeit probably in the 18/20" variety. I can't wait to get back and drive it some more. I was very happy to find it just as solid underneath as it was on the outside.
