Question sway bar

So, in order to combat the high speed swaying I've experienced, I'm going to put in sway bars rear at least and front (if I don't have one there already) I don't really know what I'm looking for. I am wanting to know what is involved in putting one in. Is it an easy task? Is it a task that is with in my grasp? Any help would be great. Thanks. Chuck.
