fuel tank help

have a 69 c10 shortwide wanting to move the fuel tank to the back under the bed and i am needing to know a few things my dad is building it out of alum. i want to run the fill neck straight up and not to the side.

what sending unit would i need .
best way to vent the tank or what would i need to do for this
were could i get a alum. filler neck

i know there is someone on here that builds the alum. fuel tanks but i cannot find the info on it anymore any help would be very helpful
