Crane vacuum advance kit, Accel super coil

CraneCams adjustable vacuum advance kit new, kit has an unopened plastic bag of springs, allen wrench and a stepped piece (cam?). (not pictured) .I paid $27.99+tax------------- $22 Shipped to your door, lower 48 Accel super coil, never used. Just comes with coil and box, no hardware or bolts. Don't remember where I purchased this. Can't find any other piece in box except instruction sheet. Sounds like it is liquid filled, is this normal?--------$45 shipped to your door, lower 48 I'm not sure how low you could get these, so if my price is too high, make me a reasonable offer.
