I picked up a new steering coupler for my truck (converting to power steering) and noticed that the coupler does not have any splines, it's perfectly smooth inside... Does that sound right? I know power steering doesn't require much effort, but what's to keep it from slipping and not turning the input shaft (which is splined BTW).
