rear shock mounting

Has anyone used the shock relocators from GMC Pauls? I have the relocators installed and now was trying to install my KYB shocks from ECE but the lower shock eye doesn't have a sleeve in the rubber and the kit from GMC Pauls only came with 1/2 bolts and nuts. I am thinking that I need a stud similar if not the same as what is used on the front shock mounting. My questions are
1) should the lower shock eye have a sleeve in the rubber?
2) where to get hardware to finish installation.
Thanks
