Whats a '70 cab worth? should I buy it?

Came across a 70 CST cab today. It has some holes in the ds rocker, and needs rear and probably front cab supports. Top and rain gutter are solid. All glass is there, bench seat, solid floors, and pretty nice doors. No dash, pedals etc. The back of the cab looks like the bed hit it at one time, but its not too bad, and may be able to be pushed back out. Above the heater core area on the firewall there is a crack/rusty area thats not real bad either. I think my K5 is rusting there too. Id like to put this cab on my 72K5 frame. Can I put my high hump tunnel on this cab for my shifters and basically drop it on. Will the cab mounts line up with the K5? This cab can be mine for about $350. Since these are getting harder to find, should I jump on it, or should I hold out for a better one. Didnt take any pics, but I think I described it pretty well. Opinions welcome!
thanks.
