Door Glass - Help

I just finished swapping out my window regulator assembly, door lock remote control (inside door handle assembly) and replaced all of the felt in the window tracks. Thanks for all of the good tips in the FAQs. Everything was going way too smooth until...I rolled down the window the first time and the glass pulled out of the bottom metal track. It seems the new felts are a bit too tight for that old adhesive. So I need some technical assistance:

What is the preferred way to re-attach the glass to the bottom metal track? Is there a special product for this and where would I go to get some?
