Lug nuts with holes drilled and tapped in the top?

Is anyone familiar with, or has anyone seen, lug nuts with a threaded hole in the top? They may very well not exist, but I'm just checking before I go and make my own. I think I need 1/2-20's, but I'll have to check.

I think the holes I need in the top will be small enough to not affect the structural integrity of the nut, but I would feel better if there was something off the shelf that I could buy. (not to mention I wouldn't have to drill and tap 20 lug nuts!)

Just wondering if anyone has ever come across anything like this?
