It looks OK for first efforts...
I'm like the others, I'll start with tacks, go all the way 'round, then start filling. I found that you can't really run much of a bead on sheet without warping. So, I try to keep my beads (after all the tacking) about 1/4" or so. And, the more you grind, the thinner (and harder to weld) the metal gets. Practice makes perfect? Yeah, right. Whoever said that never tried to weld sheet on a rustbucket.
