i done painted (truck update)

so my valve cover quasirestore could not be over until they looked decent. they are polished(sorta) but the chevy wording needed redone

here are the pics.











and why not a whole compartment pic! i decided to clean up the thing a little, got rid of some surface rust on the inner fender from brake fluid leaking, and cleaned it all up and rattle canned everything to death. i wasnt sure if i was happy doing the firewall, but i guess its alright for now it was the stock dark blue with the black tar all over it




i will not be driving the truck until atleast the following is done:

*edelbrock carb is replaced with new demon carb
*front end is rebuilt(along with another .5" - 1" drop)
*new powersteering pump and box(both are leaking)
*new lines for the tranny cooler are installed


so i have some time to do a little bit here and there
