You can go to a fabric store and find a real close match to the material on your seats. They actually sell dash board material with a foam back already attached. If you can't find a dash material match get the right material and the foam and bond them together.
If you go slow with lots of patience you can get a deluxe looking dash, mostly just your labor. I this the stuff for my dash was about $25.00.
