Detroit Locker or No?

This is the rear axle from a 1972 C-20. I Would like to know if this is a locker or not. I don't know what to look for....Hope you can tell from the pictures. I finally found the ratio, it is stamped on the inside end of the pinion shaft, 41:10 as shown in the pic. That would be a 4.10:1, could I be lucky enough to have a locker too??? Thanks for any help you can offer. LockDoc
