Torque Values

Ok, I made a small mistake yesterday in asking about torque values, I wrote discs all they way around when I meant Drums! Sorry about the confusion! SO here is the question asked correctly

Does anyone know the manufactures recommend torque for the wheel lugs on a 1968 Stepside with drums all the way around? I can't seem to locate it anywhere and I am installing a couple of spacers on the rear hubs so my new wheels don't rub against the box and I want to make sure I have the correct torque on lug nuts so the spacer gets seated corrctly.
