Question Storage tips for a 70 GMC?

So with the new baby and family obligations I have come to realize I need to put off my project for a while. What suggestions do you have for storage?
Unfortunately It wont fit in the garage so I'll have to store it outside. The cab is already shot so the rust demons will get their way with it (Florida). Tarping it is a no-no so I've heard?
The engine isn't running and I have the carb, water pump, and hoses off. Fuel lines are plugged, fuel is about 3/4 full in the tank. The radiator is removed also. Is there anything I should do to keep the block from rusting from the inside out? Should I put the cooling system back together and fill with antifreeze?
I guess I can siphon the gas and fill up the wifes car.
The tires aren't anything special so I'm not worried about getting flat spots etc.
Any tips would be great.
Thanks.
