New motor delivery delayed...

I just heard from my engine builder that the Brodix aluminum block had some porosities that allowed 3 of the sleeves to move during the final hone. Brodix is sending a new block and sonic testing it beforehand. Its going to be at least another month before it gets shipped to me after the Dyno run. Here is a slideshow of the truck with an empty engine bay.

And a picture of the motor as it will look when it is assembled. I am changing the carbs to 850 Mighty Demons from Holleys.

The motor is a 427 cu. in . all alum. with 8-71 Blower Shop and Intercooler,Callies Magnum XL crank, raised cam /50mm roller cam bearing block ,custom oil pan and pick-up, billet oil pump- the list goes on and on.
aluminum C&A 6"rods, custom pistons, dual swap cam (new firing order-18726543) maxed out Brodix track 1 heads, chemical vapor deposition
coatings and some ceramic coatings as well. All internal parts and the block are cryo'ed. Supposed to come out at 1040 hp and 830 ft.lbs tq. We'll see!!
