new headers and glasspack ?

hi guys. i have a 350, Non ERG EDELBROCK PERFORMER INTAKE MANIFOLD 2104. EDELBROCK 1406, HEI. my headers have a 3" out. i want too put glass packs on. what will give me more HP at low RPM's. dual or single pipes, 2.25, 2.5 or 3" pipes or. i have read that the larger the better. i also read i need some restriction or back pressure to help with scavaging at low RPM"s.

Got gas, need help. Thanks.
