Question Chatter

I put a front d-shaft I aquired in the K5 today. 203. It mounted fine and I put a new u-joint in the front. I did not replace the 2 u-joints on the knuckle if the shaft.
I have a serious chatter. I cant drive it. I get up to 10 mph and the front end feels like it wants to fall out. I know the 203 is full time and I do not have manual lock hubs. Is there a problem with the knuckle? Or do I have a problem with the axle? Without the F-shaft, the truck is fine.
This is my first full time. I have always had manual hubs. If if need to convert it, now is the time as I have 2 dana 44 sitting on my trailer.
Please help. I need to keep the wife happy with the Blaz right now.
Thanks
