10 bolt in 77 3/4?
I have a 72 K20 with the original corprate rear. I found a 77 K20 with a 14 bolt that I am going to swap in. The owner says the truck has a 10 bolt with 8-lugs. Does this sound right? I have not seen the truck yet. I was going to just buy both axles but mine has a Dana 44 in it. Should I just leave the 44? The truck is not a rock crawler or something that I beat on, just wondering if it is true there is a 10 bolt w/8-lugs and if I should just leave my 44 in. Thanks.
