PartyPooper Registered User Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Yorba Linda CA Posts: 22	Shock Mount Bolt I'm in the middle of rebuilding my front end of my 70 GMC 3/4 ton longbed and after removing the shock absorber the inner nuts have been welded to the mount bolts. Is this by design? or just a PO mod - if so any benefits?
