I checked with Partech and there isn't a conversion for that casting number. See if any of this helps.
If it still has the bar code tag you should be able to tell what it is with this info and the first pic. You're tag might not look exactly this one but if you get me the related info off of yours I can check it for you. If not, it should have a slightly rectangular pan, it might be shallow or deep with a step in the back.
