I checked with Partech and there isn't a conversion for that casting number. See if any of this helps.
If it still has the bar code tag you should be able to tell what it is with this info and the first pic. You're tag might not look exactly this one but if you get me the related info off of yours I can check it for you. If not, it should have a slightly rectangular pan, it might be shallow or deep with a step in the back. I put an exploded view for you too, hope you can figure it out with this, if not let me know and I'll try what I can to help more

(7) Letter After Julian Date Identifies the Plant Shift Build, See Shift Build Chart

(12) Build Location Y=Toledo, OH, R=Romulus, MI, 4=Ramos Arizpe, Mexico
