Replacing tank, what else needs to go?

I bought a 69 that had been sitting for 15 years. It had 3 tanks the orig and two aux tanks. I have replace the old tank in cab since truck is all original and have disconnected aux tanks. Would you replace all the lines from the tank to carb plus the carb filter and fuel line filter? Or just replace the filters? The gas smells like kerosene, but the truck will still barely run off the gas. I hope it will run better with the new tank. I am also going to do do plus and wire as points and fuel pump have been replaced. Oh yeah, what about the fuel pump it has been replace but has had the old tanks gus run through it, should I replace?
