Gotta get some traction!
Okay, so I have plenty of power, I just can't get it to the ground. I've had enough of spinning my right wheel off, while the left wheel sits idle.
This may finally convince me to go 5 lug when I put discs up front ('70 C-10), if I can find a decent posi rear end. I'd really like to stick w/ 6 lugs though. What is a decent posi unit for my factory 12 bolt that won't kill my bank roll? I have a few friends telling me to go with "Lincoln Lockers" (welding my open to where its a full time locker). Something tells me that would make it less than driver friendly. Any experience with this? I spend most of my time pulling my 3,000 lb boat. I often spin tires going up nice concrete boat launches. The natural rock bed boat launch 4 doors down is unfortunately off limits until I get a better solution.
