NEEDED TO BUY!!! Twist on Oil fill tube breather
During some driving through a bad t-storm on Saturday, my twist on chrome breather vibrated out of my oil fill tube and fell out somewhere on a country road about 2 hours from here... The breather I need is a twist on style that fits an oil fill tube from a factory cast iron 68 327 quadrajet intake. I run the old Chevrolet script valve covers and I needed the oil fill tube with a breather to run them, hence the intake choice (bought it from board member shuttermutt about 3 years ago). I am running a "high performance" old champion sock and rubber band right now just to keep debris out of the tube, but I really need to get a breather back on it. Does anyone out there have one they could part with??? Vendors do they sell new ones or repops??? For reference, JQ-72 had an unchromed breather the same style on his black 65 resto. Thanks in advance for any help!!!!
