Help with frame z on 67

now that i am almost finished with the rear of my 67 i need to move on to the front. im gonna get the frame z'ed and crossmember raised. how much should i raise both? what problems will i run into with engine placement, tranny placement,steering, and anything else? whats been your experiences? how much did it cost to have done? i already have a quote from the guy that did the rear of the truck but i wanna know what the usual price is.
