Hi from Northern Alabama

Hi...just dropping in to say hello. Ran into one of your members on Ebay and he suggested I drop in. Looks like we all have a common interest. I think he goes by 86swb or something close....sorry John, I don't have your email in front of me. I was fortunate enough to acquire my father's in law 65 Chevy swb last year. I have great memories quail hunting with him in it ...he passed many years ago but my Mother in law could not bear to part with the old truck at the time . She called me last year and said it was time and did I still want the truck...my son and I drove to Little Rock and brought the truck back home a fews days later. First year was basically cleaning it up making it operational again...fuel tank, wheel cylinders, carb...lot of stuff. This year we are starting with the major changes....few weeks ago we put in a 383 stroker and 700R4 and ........our journey begins like it has apparently for a number of yall. See you around

PS: was trying to send a few pictures but keep having problems so I will save that for another message
