Tire size what do you think is to big.

I’m trying to decide on tire size. I have 36 12.50 on my burb now but think I need to go bigger. I will be driving the burb around 60 miles a week when back on road so I want it to be some what streetable. So what do you guys think is to big what size tire is an over kill for a some what daily driver. 38, 44, 46 or go for the big 49? What do you guys think? Im building the burb to be a mall crawler for the week and then a toy on the weekend Im even thinking 2 set of tires one for work and one for play.
