Cab questions

I found a local cab that is in better shape than the current one on my truck. The only bad spots appear to be the cab corners, rockers, and some of the floor near the doors. The new cab is for a maual and factory AC. The guy is keeping the AC unit. Would I have any problems converting this cab to auto and non AC? I don't know if the firewall is different and the pedal assembly is different? I have all the components in the old cab that I can swap over. Any thoughts?
