Sticky lifters
I was tearing apart this new 350 i found. It's got 4 bolt main and looks pretty good on the bottom end. I was trying to remove the lifers so i could get at the cam etc.. Well i got a few of em, but others are stuck REALLY stuck.
I tried degreasing, then oiling then more and more oil etc. Cant seem to get these things to come loose. the motor has been sitting 15 years or more so i guess they all just stuck. I already broke the top of one of the lifters trying to get it out. Any suggestions or ole tricks? Thanks guys. ------------------ 69 Custom 20, 396BB,Longbed fleetside.
