Wash Mitt

My friend is a custom painter & after he painted my sons truck he said NEVER wash it with a mitt.He uses a chamois.I tried it yesterday & it works real well. His reasoning is that a mitt will catch any grit & hold it in to scratch the paint whereas a chamois will rinse any grit off when you dunk it in the wash bucket.
Makes sense to me.I tried it yesterday & it really worked well.I used the Absorber. http://www.cleantools.net/website/in...e_absorber.htm
