This is not the direction I wanted to go...

Since I discovered that 2 cylinders have low compression and 1 has zero compression, I started tearing down this motor for removal. I will be building another 350 to drop in. I have the block, crank and heads back from the machine shop. Really I've had it all since last fall. So this weekend I am going to get started. I can't promise how quickly it will come together, but hopefully all goes well. Wish me luck
