Sorta new from jersey

Geez.. been here for so long and just noticed i never posted an intro. Well my names John and i live in nothern jersey. Dont have and cool chevy truck yet but grew up around them. Ill post some up i scan them.

Right now im building hot rods. Got a 27 ford sedan that im working on and a 40 chevy truck cab that im turning into a traditionally styled rod. Gonna keep the original 216 thats been rebuilt with a hot cam. Sounds really good and runs strong. No pics of that just yet, stashed it in a barn in ny and its just been sitting.

But with building hot rods, i need a truck to get parts and cars so im tossing around this idea of a 67-72 or 73-81 dually. Mostly with a 6.2 or 6.5 diesel. And 4x4 b/c i live out in the sticks and winters are hell.

I like the place so far and hope to learn more as i go along with my builds.

John
