Opinions on Coated headers and Shipping

I have been having a hell of a time getting an undamaged or un-scratched and or scraped up set of coated headers shipped to my house. I ordered Hedman Elite Coated headers and either the headers rub together scraping off all the coating in one or two spots or they are scraped through the box. In either case the coating is completely scraped off to the bare steel.

Am I being unreasonable to expect my $360.00 coated headers to be 95% perfect when they arrive.

Most of the problem appears to be Hedmans packaging, and UPS abuse!
