New/Used truck...looking to purchase.

Finally got rid of the Grand caravan, I really did like it. Drove great, and all, but I have 2 other vans besides that, and my 86 c10 in the garage.
I need another truck, one that will actually haul stuff. I want to get an extended cab, no 4 doors for me.
Been looking at the 07 ltz, but sheesh, local dealers are selling so many, not coming off on the price, plus, I really don't want to spend $ on something I "might" drive once a week for a whole 30 minutes, if that.
I have been looking for a used 03-and up SS, I have found a few, but anything local has been red, I refuse to drive a red vehicle.
And just about all the ex cabs I see from 01-05 that are comparably priced, miles have been too high. Maybe I am asking alot out of the used truck market?
I'm pretty picky when it comes to buying a vehicle. Not like I have to have the truck this week, I have time, kind of saving $ for my 86, while I have no car payments, until I find something I really want.
I'll end this info/rant.
Any other places I need to be searching besides egay and autotrader? and the sticks in alabama somewhere?
