"1511" 400 w/ new rebuild parts

Over the winter, I picked up a complete 1511, 4bolt block 400 for my 72 w/ 650cfm Edelbrock carb, Edelbrock intake and 64cc heads. I stripped everything down to the bare block and made sure it was good for a rebuild. Since early spring its been sitting waiting to go to the machine shop. Now that I've decided to sell my 72 project, this motor has to go as well. I bought the following rebuild parts and they're still in their boxes:

Push rods
Off-road needle and seat of carb
Rebuild kit for carb
Full bearing set
Full gasket kit
Oil pump
Speed-Pro pistons w/ .020 over rings
Roller tip rockers
Lifters
Summit 252/262 flat tappet cam
True Roller timing set
5.7" rods
HEI distributor
Fuel pump

So for the block, crank, heads, intake, carb and all the extras I listed, I'd like to get 800$ picked up in the Philly area. I don't want to part everything out, that would take too long so it all has to go at once. Everything is located in Hatfield, 19440.
