Bagging a leaf truck?

Just wondering...since most bagged trucks I see are coils...would removing all but one leaf (to maintain control of the suspension) and installing a bag to take over for the other leaves be possible, and moreso, would it improve the ride at all?

The ability to level the look of the truck out some would be nice too.

Of course...I'm running with ECE 4" drop leaves...and they only have three leaves to begin with, along with a stack of plates over the axle to allow the original U-bolts to work.
