Trucks at Hot August Nights!!! Coool!!
The boy and I went to one of the Hot August Nights cruises last night (Victorian Square in Sparks, NV) And, danged if there wasn't 10 to 20 73-87 pick-ups!! For years the cut off for HAN was 1972. But, apparently they've changed some of the cruise nights to Open Cruise. Woo Hoo! I can take the 80 K10 and the 73 Blazer next year!!
Of course, there was a TON of 47-66's and a large contingent of 67-72's. We took a lot of pics I'll post up in the General or Events forum later. We're going to a couple Show-N-Shines Thursday night, and probably the downtown Reno cruise, Drags Friday night, HAN Swap Meet- aisles & aisles of swap meet auto parts -Fills a large parking lot-Saturday at 7am, The Big Boys Toy Store (Mucho automotive performance vendors!!) another couple static displays and more drags at night. I'll get more pics where I can. Also need a bigger SD card. - Dave
